La Mousse de Rouge is a creamy and airy lipstick with a velvety matte finish. Use in very small quantities with your finger to make your mouth bitten, or with a brush for intense color. Its highly pigmented formula requires little product and does not dry the lips. Rouge Mousse can also be used as blush to enhance cheekbones. Made in Italy.
